The Hocking Hills has six major regions:

  • Ash Cave - Home of Ohio's largest recess cave, Ash Cave also boasts a waterfall and trails.

  • Cedar Falls -  Hemlock-lined trails and a waterfall make this region popular with photographers.

  • Old Man's Cave - Sheer cliff faces, unique rock formations and several waterfalls make this hiking region a family favorite.

  • Conkle's Hollow - Breathtaking cliffs, waterfalls and a hemlock forest beacon beacon hikers to a lower trail and an upper trail.

  • Cantwell Cliffs - Steep cliffs, rock overhangs and unique rock features create an adventurous afternoon of hiking.
